Responsibilities
* Assemble products and components with accuracy and efficiency, following detailed instructions and technical drawings.
* Perform quality checks at various stages of the assembly process to ensure products meet required specifications.
* Use tools and equipment safely to carry out assembly tasks, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
* Report issues, defects, or inconsistencies promptly to ensure continuous improvement in the production process.
* Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to meet daily production targets.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a safe and efficient working environment.
* Actively contribute to team discussions and feedback sessions to improve assembly techniques and product quality.
Qualifications

Day-to-day
A typical day as an Assembly Operative involves reporting to the production supervisor for task assignments and updates, carefully assembling products and components, conducting thorough quality checks, collaborating with team members, and participating in team meetings. The shift times are 07:00 - 17:15 Monday to Thursday, with a basic pay rate of £12.21/h.
