Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer – Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary 40‑55k depending on experience
* Door‑to‑door travel pay

About the Company
We are an established and expanding air conditioning and refrigeration contractor based in the London and home counties area. We provide service, maintenance, design and installation for a range of systems and are actively involved in reducing energy consumption for our clients. Responsibilities
* Provide service, maintenance and breakdown support on commercial refrigeration and air‑conditioning equipment.
* Work on cold rooms, walk‑in fridges and freezers, ice machines, cellar cooling, bottle fridges and other related systems, including splits, multi‑splits, VRVF and VRF equipment – 70‑80% of the time on air‑conditioning.
* Cover approximately 30% of the time in the Bristol area, and also in Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire; minimal travel to greater London.
* Engage with clients such as hotels, bars, restaurants, commercial companies and care homes.
Location and Travel
* Live anywhere in or around Newbury, Reading or Basingstoke; mid to north Hampshire is also acceptable.
* Travel across the Bristol, Wiltshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire regions.
Qualifications & Skills
* Good experience with air‑conditioning; refrigeration experience is desirable but not essential.
* Preferable bias towards either conditioning or refrigeration.
* F Gas certification required; IPAF and PASMA certifications beneficial.
