Overview
We’re looking for passionate, tenacious, innovative individuals to work for Powerforce on our syndicated field sales team representing Molson Coors and Haribo. This is a full-time, permanent role based in the Newcastle and Scotland territory, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Package: Competitive Salary + 20% bonus + Company car.

Responsibilities
* Managing, training and developing a team of circa 9 Business Development Executives within the convenience channel
* Developing your team’s operating standards through regular field visits, coaching and maximizing the use of data and insight to drive growth in line with channel and category trends
* Sharing best practice to develop better ways of working and continuous improvement in the whole team operations
Qualifications
* Held a full UK (or European) driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
* Strong people management experience within a field sales team (ideally FMCG)
* A hands-on approach to growing performance and best practice in the field
* A real focus on increasing sales performance
* Strong knowledge of independent/convenience channels
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make effective decisions
* An enthusiastic, can-do positive approach with the ability to see opportunity in challenges
