Senior Fraud Customer Service Advisor
Location: Belfast
Salary: £28,073
Hours: Full Time (35 hours)
Work Pattern: 4-Day Week, start between 8am – 10am, finish between 5.45pm – 7.45pm. Work up to 4 days a week (Monday – Sunday). Maximum 50% weekend days over a 4-week period.

Role Overview
As a Senior Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first line of defense, helping customers protect their money, resolve disputes, and regain confidence in their finances. You will handle calls from customers who have spotted suspicious transactions, fallen victim to scams, or had their accounts compromised. Your role involves quick and careful investigation, finding solutions, and providing reassurance.
You will also use your keen eye for detail to spot trends and prevent future fraud cases.
