JOB REF: 1316 • An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established law firm. • As a Senior Associate or Director, you will play a key role in the growth and development of the team in Cheshire. • You will be responsible for managing and conducting a broad range of commercial property matters including leases, sales and purchases. • Tasked with building a successful, you will be expected to take the initiative with business development, focusing on bring in new clients as well as nurturing existing contacts, as well as recruiting, managing and mentoring colleagues as the team grows. • You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 8 years’ PQE and a proven track record handling Commercial Property transactions.
