Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Duties
* Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
* Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
* Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and team management skills.
* Collaborate with the restaurant management team to optimise kitchen operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively.
* Ensure that all equipment is maintained in good working order and report any issues promptly.

* Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management practices.
