The Restaurant:
Classic French fine dining with hyper-local, estate-grown produce
60–80 covers + private events
Stunning countryside setting with onsite accommodation available
Structured 48-hour weeks + paid overtime
The Ideal Chef de Partie:
Passionate about classic French techniques and seasonal ingredients
Experience in high-end kitchens (fine dining/hotel background preferred)
Positive attitude, ambition, and a team-player mindset
Driver (due to rural location)
