About the Role
WMG is seeking to appoint an Assistant Professor (Teaching Focused) in Digital Marketing Analytics to support the delivery and development of modules within this area.
We welcome candidates with strong expertise in areas such as:
* Digital marketing analytics and marketing technology.
* Digital branding and customer engagement.
* Data-driven marketing strategy.
* Web and social media analytics.
* A/B testing and experimentation.
* Marketing performance measurement and optimisation.
* AI-enabled digital marketing and personalisation.
* Digital consultancy and applied business analytics.
This role is on the University of Warwick Teaching Career Pathway, providing opportunities for advancement up to and including Professor level.
This is an education focussed appointment and we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience of teaching in higher education and a passion for impactful education and positive student outcomes. Candidates with a track record in research outputs but limited educational experience are unlikely to be shortlisted for this role.

About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in digital marketing analytics and technology- enabled marketing practice. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in:
* Digital marketing technologies and analytics platforms
* Data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g. Python, Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics)
* Customer data analysis and marketing performance evaluation
* AI and machine learning applications in marketing contexts
* Industry-relevant digital marketing tools and platforms
* Teaching in higher education or professional education environments
Candidates should hold a doctorate (or equivalent professional experience) and demonstrate commitment to high-quality teaching, student experience, and applied digital education.
