We're looking for a Resourcing Analyst to join our Customer Care team and help drive performance through smart resource planning and data-driven insights. This role is critical to ensuring we deliver excellent service to our customers while supporting operational efficiency across Billing, Wholesale, and Telephony teams.
Joining us on a full-time permanent basis, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
What You'll Be Doing
* Reporting on service levels and performance measures
* Proactive resource planning and trend analysis
* Identifying and mitigating performance risks
* Managing intraday resources and staff scheduling
* Supporting outbound customer campaigns
* Collaborating with IT on telephony improvements
* Testing new lines introduced to the business
What We're Looking For
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience leading and mentoring teams
* Strong initiative and self-management
* Level 3 education standard or equivalent experience (required)
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills (desirable)
