Registered Care Home Manager
Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week

We are looking for an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-established, medium-sized nursing home in Littlehampton, West Sussex. The service offers high-quality nursing, dementia, and residential care and is proud to hold a Good CQC rating.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated team in a supportive, person-centred environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional care, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll lead by example, promoting dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the care team to provide outstanding care

Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing and budgeting
*
Ensure full regulatory compliance and maintain quality standards
*
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals
*
Maintain occupancy through effective community engagement
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager in a nursing home
*
NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management (or equivalent)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Sound knowledge of CQC regulations
*
A nursing qualification is desirable but not essential
