Accounts Payable Analyst, Telford, Permanent, Hybrid working Your new company Hays are delighted to be working exclusively with a fast paced business in Telford who are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join their team in Telford Your new role You will be working within a small team and duties will include: Process invoices l Post supplier invoices/credits Validate supplier invoices to rate cards Highlight issues on supplier invoices and assist in resolution Supplier statement reconciliations Assist with supplier set up procedure, including security bank checks Respond to supplier queries Work with colleagues internally to resolve queries in a timely manner Assist with month end procedures Weekly and monthly payment runs What you'll need to succeed You should be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk/ Purchase Ledger Clerk, who is used to working within a fast paced environment, is good with IT and specifically Excel and who works well within a team What you'll get in return The business can offer hybrid working (2 days working from home/ 3 days working in the office), excellent holidays with the option to buy and sell extra holidays, a good benefits package including bonus and a friendly and supportive team environment.
