Our client, a multi-million pound industry leader, has defied expectations with explosive growth and acquisitions while others have faltered. Now, they're seeking a Lead Product Manager (Mobile) with experience in product management and mobile app development to join their winning team.
Salary: £65k - £80k + perks (DOE)
Location & Workplace Policy: 3 days in a Manchester (MCR) office
You'll be the Mobile Apps champion, owning the product strategy and roadmap, keeping the user at the heart of everything you do. This is an exciting and influential role where you'll make a real difference.

Think You've Got What It Takes? Here's What You'll Be Doing:
* Own your product's entire roadmap and ensure teams are aligned to achieve goals.
* Ensure the engineering team is primed for success through epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Evolve the brand's product lifecycle within an agile environment.
* Define KPIs and metrics, working towards achieving them.
* Oversee beta testing and launch programs.
* Work alongside various figures across the business (UX, delivery, etc.) to effectively launch products.
* Establish yourself as a knowledgeable and experienced product expert, working to optimize processes within the company.
What Key Skills Do You Need?
* MUST HAVE commercial experience managing apps (iOS or Android) at a lead level.
* Strong background in retail environments
* Comfortable fostering and working in agile ecosystems.
* Full knowledge of alpha/beta programs and product lifecycle.
* Empathetic leader who can spur teams on to achieve their maximum potential.
* Highly organized and able to break down problems, finding the most effective approach.
