Job Description

We’re working with a leading financial services organisation currently undergoing significant digital transformation. As part of their ongoing Agile evolution, they’re looking to bring on an experienced Scrum Master who not only excels in delivery, but also has a strong coaching mindset.

This role will play a key part in developing and mentoring other Scrum Masters across the business – helping them embed best practices, refine team delivery, and foster a strong Scrum culture.

The Role:

As Scrum Master, you'll be:

* Coaching both new and experienced Scrum Masters, helping them align to the Scrum Framework and develop confidence in their role.
* Supporting multiple product teams in applying Agile ways of working effectively.
* Facilitating Agile ceremonies that drive clarity, value, and team cohesion.
* Championing self-organisation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
* Promoting best use of collaboration tools such as Jira and Miro, and guiding others in their effective use.
* Building strong relationships across the business and with third-party partners.

What You’ll Need:

* A deep and practical understanding of the Scrum Framework and Agile principles.
* Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving value-focused delivery.
* Strong background in coaching teams and individuals in Agile maturity and planning.
* Hands-on experience with Jira, Miro, and similar tools – plus the ability to coach others on their use.
* Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience across all levels.
* Ideally, experience within Wealth Management, Private Banking, or broader Financial Services.
* A recognised Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
* Demonstrable experience working within Agile product teams or transformation programmes.

Why Apply?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where you’ll help shape the Agile culture, develop talent, and have a tangible impact on high-profile initiatives. If you’re passionate about coaching and enabling others to succeed, we want to hear from you.
