As we expand our capabilities across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC, we're looking for a Graphic Designer who shares our passion for bold thinking, high standards, and great design. You'll be joining a fastpaced, creative team working on a wide range of digital and print projects - from marketing campaigns and data visualisations to product interfaces and global event branding.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a passion for building and shaping brands within our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on translating strategy into powerful visual identities, loves crafting compelling design systems, and has a deep appreciation for the details that make brands unforgettable.
Key objectives in your role as Divisional Graphic Designer include:
* Creating digital content on a daily basis including eshots, email banners, social posts and internal communications.
* Developing and evolving brand identities across multiple channels (print, digital, social, motion, packaging, environmental).
* Collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and other creatives to bring brand stories to life through visual design.
* Creating and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
* Designing engaging content for marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, and events.
* Pushing creative boundaries while balancing commercial objectives and brand integrity.
* Presenting and articulating design thinking and rationale to both internal stakeholders and clients.
* Staying up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, and sharing inspiration with the team.
* Any other reasonable duties, as and when requested.
Compliance:
* Adhere to the Company's compliance obligations, policies, processes, and procedures.
* Report compliance concerns, issues, and failures.
* Participate in training as required.
What do you need?:
* Professional design experience, ideally in a branding or creative agency environment.
* A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity projects and multichannel design work.
* Experience creating brand guidelines and design systems.
* Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills with a skilled use of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) etc. Knowledge of motion design, 3D, would be advantageous.
* Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate strategy into design.
* Passionate about brands, storytelling, and design.
* Detailoriented but able to keep the bigger brand picture in mind.
* Collaborative, communicative, and open to feedback.
* Curious, innovative, and eager to experiment with new creative approaches.
* Confident in presenting and defending design decisions.
* Must possess a positive 'cando' attitude who is a collaborative team player.
* Must be a selfstarter, able to selfmanage as projects are assigned.
* Excellent time management and organisation skills, and the ability to be flexible and creative.
