Job Description
Responsibilities to Include:
* Water, Gas and Electricity (not phone lines etc)
* Ginger Energy (Brokers) Liaison for Premier Estates
* Liaising with all teams to resolve historic and ongoing queries
* Work with Mobilisation team to ensure efficient onboarding of new devs Utility supplies
* Making payments to Utility Suppliers in Qube
* Loading EDI files onto Qube
* Utility Portals download invoices from Portal
* Scanned Docs from Reception Download
* Credits & Refund Postings
* Reconciling monthly / quarterly EDI files from suppliers to ensure accurate payments are made
* Warrant Officers on Site Process development
* Building relationships with other teams regular meetings (Possibly attend SEM Monday call)
* Monitor / Coordinate Utilities Inbox
* Involvement in Utility Recharges ensuring accurate reads submitted and invoices based on actuals
* Smart Meter rollout involvement
* Transfer of Utilities to Dwellant
* Develop a SharePoint Utilities Hub

* Qube Training
* Communicate expectations of role to all staff
