This market-leading manufacturer in the chilled food division supplies a wide range of delicious products. They are seeking an experienced New Product Development Manager to join their customer-focused team.
The Role
As a vital member of a dynamic NPD team, you will create a range of products from concept to launch, understanding customer needs and incorporating new trends within this fast-paced market. Responsibilities include preparing costings within budget, working with internal teams to ensure product quality, and conducting market reviews to identify development opportunities.
The Person
Ideal candidates are proactive, passionate food graduates with experience as a Senior Technologist or NPD Manager, looking to develop their skills further. Proven track record in developing products for brand, retail, and food service customers is preferred. Excellent presentation, project management, and interpersonal skills are essential for working closely with internal teams to drive projects forward.
