Take this opportunity to join an L500 Commercial Property team within a highly respected independent Scottish law firm known for its excellent culture and client-first approach.
In this role, you'll work on a diverse portfolio of Commercial Property transactions across key sectors such as industrial, healthcare, housing, retail, rural and government.
You will be involved in:
* Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
* Leasing transactions (landlord and tenant)
* Development projects and site assembly
* Real estate finance and security transactions
* Supporting corporate and finance teams on property matters
You will have the opportunity to work alongside highly regarded experts and Partners in the industry, becoming a vital part of a high-performing and collaborative team.
Your Experience
* 6+ years PQE in Commercial Property
* Strong technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of property transactions
* Proven ability to manage complex caseloads independently, while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike
