Consorto is appointing Brand Ambassadors across Europe
(Commission-based, high-growth path)
Consorto is Europe’s commercial real estate (CRE) marketplace connecting verified brokers, investors, and owners with both public and off-market opportunities - powered by AI matching to speed up deal flow. Today we host €21B+ in listings across 35+ countries and 1,000+ active sales offers.
The appointed role (not a salaried job)
We’re selecting entrepreneurial Brand Ambassadors to represent Consorto in their region. This is a flexible, remote role with income tied to deals you help generate and support.
What you’ll do
* Build a high-trust regional networkof brokers, owners, and investors - be the go-to Consorto contact in your market.
* Grow quality deal flowby sourcing and curating opportunities (incl. off-market) and encouraging partners to route transactions via Consorto.
* Activate investor demandby aligning local opportunities with search mandates, making the right introductions, and keeping momentum through the funnel.
* Feed market intelback to the team to sharpen product and targeting.

You are
* A well-connected CRE professional with strong communication and relationship skills.
* Proactive, independent, and comfortable working remotely.
* Familiar with brokerage, investor relations, or deal sourcing (CRE experience is a plus).
Location: Remote, Europe (operate in your city/region)
Time: Flexible/part-time possible
Compensation: Commission-only (appointed ambassador; no base salary)
