An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Clerical Officer based at University Hospital Ayr.
What You Will Do
You will work within the Emergency Department Reception at University Hospital Ayr, providing a clerical and reception service, receiving patients and members of the public as they arrive at hospital. Duties include the maintenance and filing of patient confidential records, recording patient related data, admissions and booking out-patient appointments using the computerised Patient Management System. Providing reception services, answering telephones and relaying messages. You should be able to work flexibly in order to meet service demands.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
Candidates should possess SVQ Level 2 in administration or equivalent qualification or experience

15 hours per week
