About the job Customer Support Specialist About Us: S10Home is a leading luxury furniture brand in the UK, known for our exquisite craftsmanship and high-quality solid wood furniture. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and top-notch customer service. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team and be the connection between our clients, management, and production. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients, providing excellent customer service. Learn about our products to effectively assist customers and answer their inquiries. Process orders and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely fulfillment. Oversee the timeline of orders, ensuring they are processed and delivered as scheduled. Prepare logistics for the delivery of products, coordinating with logistics partners. Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, management, and production teams. Qualifications: Friendly and organized, with exceptional attention to detail. Great communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working in customer support, preferably within the furniture or design industry. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. Fluency in English and Russian is required; proficiency in French is a bonus.
