From concept and design, to production and delivery, through to installation and training, we provide the complete service to our customers.\n\nThis is a great entry level role for an individual looking for their first position in an office environment and an opportunity to start a career in the oil and gas industry. Core Job Responsibilities:\n⢠Liaising with customers and our internal regional sales team in a professional manner as enquiries are received\n⢠Preparing quotations for customers to present to CS Manager for approval\n⢠Fully outline customer requirements in a Contract Review including delivery and ensure that all items, quantities and descriptions are correct.\n⢠Customer interface during outlined work e.g. delivery updates, changes to PO etc.\n⢠Preparing of Purchase Order acknowledgement post review of Purchase Order T&Câs\n⢠Track delivery and other milestone dates\n⢠Participate with the daily Gemba walks and weekly production meetings for updates and relay milestones to customers when required\n⢠Periodically answering telephones\n⢠Ensuring all field service work is charged accordingly confirming expenses are charged back in a timely manner\n⢠Responsible for the continual updating of history database\n⢠Requesting and gathering Customer Feedback for KPIâs\n\nAdditional Responsibilities\n⢠Order and maintain office supplies and equipment where necessary\n⢠Assist with travel, accommodation, visas and vaccinations requirements for personnel when required\n⢠Booking of training courses, fit to return medicals, medicals etc when required Required Skills and Characteristics:\n⢠Attention to detail is imperative as is organisational and interpersonal skills\n⢠Ability to prioritise workload with good time management skills\n⢠Proficiency with core MS Office programs\n⢠Hardworking, dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated
