With a well-established Cardiff office and a reputation for technical excellence, they're now looking to appoint an Associate-level Building Surveyor to help drive growth across Wales and the South West. The Role You'll take a senior position within a high-performing team, leading key client relationships and delivering a wide range of project and professional services. This includes: Managing and delivering commercial refurbishment and fit-out schemes Technical due diligence and pre-acquisition work for institutional investors Major planned maintenance programmes and lifecycle assessments Dilapidations, defect analysis, measured surveys and contract administration Supporting the strategic growth of the Cardiff office, including mentoring junior surveyors and supporting business development activity You'll work closely with national teams while maintaining a strong local presence, supporting clients across sectors such as offices, industrial, retail, education, and public estates.
