Duties for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:
* Assist on the delivery of residential projects
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
* Produce technical drawings and specifications
Skills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist include:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practicei>
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Hertfordshire area
