Location: RG7 4PR, between Reading and Basingstoke, with free onsite parking.
Package: £37,950 - £47,950 (depending on suitability, qualifications, and experience)

AWE is recruiting a Training Co-ordinator for the Production & Operations Group. This role suits someone passionate about learning and development, enthusiastic about facilitating growth, and committed to continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will organize and manage educational programs within a Business Unit (BU) and support training needs for future manufacturing facilities, collaborating with various teams to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Who are we looking for?
Essential:
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
* Experience in a highly regulated industry (preferably nuclear or Defence)
* Stakeholder management skills
* Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
* Creative problem-solving abilities
You should work calmly in changing environments, manage your workload, and demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, flexibility, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate training courses and programs
* Design and develop training courses aligned with business needs
* Report on training assessments, attendance, and data
* Maintain and update training records in the management system
* Manage training bookings, ensuring value and relevance
* Coordinate logistics for training sessions
* Potentially develop role-based competencies and accreditation programs
* Maintain high standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality
Additional Responsibilities
* Oversee daily training program delivery
* Respond to participant queries
* Gather and audit feedback and training effectiveness
* Perform other duties as required
