Role Highlights:

* Plan and deliver lessons in collaboration with class teachers across different year groups
* Provide targeted support to students in small groups and one-on-one interventions
* Assist with lesson planning, assessment, and classroom management
* Cover lessons in the absence of class teachers, ensuring continuity of learning
* Support children with a range of learning needs, including those with SEN
* Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to enhance student progress
Experience & Qualifications:
* HLTA qualification or significant experience as a Teaching Assistant with leadership responsibilities
* Previous experience working in a primary school setting
* Ability to deliver lessons confidently and independently when required
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach to supporting children's learning
* Enhanced DBS check required
