Mayfair | 5 days in the office | £55,000–£65,000 + bonus + benefits
We’re partnering with a highly regarded investment firm to hire an Executive Assistant & People Operations professional into their London office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative team in a role that offers genuine long-term progression and exposure across both executive support and HR business operations.
The position will support a senior leader directly whilst also playing a key role across people operations, team coordination and wider business support. The role is heavily integrated into the day-to-day running of the business and would suit someone who enjoys ownership, variety and becoming a trusted member of a fast-paced team.
This opportunity is ideal for an Executive Assistant who enjoys being closely involved in the HR operational and people side of a business, whilst continuing to work at senior stakeholder level.
The role will include:
* Providing high-level EA support including complex diary management, meeting coordination and travel arrangements
* Acting as a central point of coordination across the team and wider business
* Supporting recruitment activity including interview scheduling, candidate communication and onboarding coordination
* Assisting with employee lifecycle processes and helping to deliver a seamless employee experience
* Supporting people operations and wider business administration
* Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records across internal systems
* Managing confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
* Assisting with operational projects and team initiatives as the business continues to grow

* Has exposure to HR, people operations or business operations alongside EA support
* Is highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented
