Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Business Development Manager. The role is located in Middlesbrough with the flexibility of some remote work. The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Working with AI tools to help support marketing of the brand targeting local and national client base.
Qualifications
* Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations
* Experience in the lifting and handling equipment industry is a plus
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
* Bachelor's degree/qualification in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
