Legal Personal Assistant – Commercial Property (Birmingham)
My client is an award‑winning national law firm with over 600 staff across the country. They pride themselves on the care and development of their staff, offering a supportive and professional working environment alongside a sensible work‑life balance.
The role sits within the busy Commercial Property Team in Birmingham, providing the solicitors and fee earners with the highest level of administrative support in a fast‑paced, dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Diary management
* Dealing with all telephone, email and general queries, responding appropriately
* Booking meetings, conference rooms, organising refreshments and liaising with attendees
* Assisting with the billing and credit control process
* Organising travel, booking transport tickets and hotels
* General administration tasks such as printing documents, scanning and filing
* Supporting marketing activities, assisting with pitch and presentation preparation
* Liaising with marketing colleagues regarding events and producing marketing material
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience as a legal PA in commercial property
* Confident in the use of case management systems and MS Office applications
* Enjoy working to deadlines and prioritising workload accordingly
* Enthusiastic, pro‑active and flexible, an active team player
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The salary is around £28k, plus company benefits. The role is hybrid, generally working 2 days in the office each week.
Legal Secretary/PA experience in commercial property is essential.
