Salary: £20,000 to £30,000 a year

About the Role

Harris Acquire, a leading UK business broker specialising in mergers and acquisitions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Warwick. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing office tasks. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, providing support to various departments, and contributing to an efficient workplace environment.


Main Duties

1. Provide comprehensive administrative support, including clerical duties and data entry tasks.
2. Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
3. Maintain organised filing systems both physically and electronically.
4. Utilise Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
5. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.
6. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
7. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
8. Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organised.


Qualifications

1. Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
3. Proficiency in computerised systems.
4. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.
5. Strong clerical skills, including data entry accuracy.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Must be fluent in English.
