Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Bias\n\nLocation: South West Manchester, United Kingdom\n\nType: Full time, Permanent\n\nShift pattern: 4 on 4 off\n\nHours: 6am-6pm\n\nSalary: £50,300 - £52,200 circa \n\nThe Company: \n\nMy client, a multinational manufacturer in the FMCG & Packaging industry, is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for their Manchester site. You will have the chance to work on different projects and you will also enjoy a competitive salary, as well as career progression opportunities long term.\n\nThis position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of machinery, contributing to projects and being involved in performing maintenance and reactive tasks.\n\nReporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for the completion of reactive and planned maintenance.\n\nResponsibilities will include: \n\nPerforming reactive and preventative maintenance on a wide range of machinery including pneumatic,hydraulic and automation systems\nMechanical and Electrical work, including PLC basic programming \nFault finding and problem solving on electrical control systems\nHelping and mentoring apprentices\n\nRequirements: \n\n17th or 18th Edition Regulations\nApprenticeship/Time Served or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering \nPLC knowledge\nFMCG manufacturing industry experience\n\nIf you meet these requirements and you're interested in this role, please click ''Apply now'' and submit your application!\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
