As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, behaviour mentors, and pastoral teams to support students who have experienced challenges within mainstream education. Your role will be vital in creating a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment that helps pupils develop confidence, resilience, and positive attitudes towards learning.
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering one-to-one and small-group SEMH support
