Location: Whiteley, Hampshire

Salary: £28,371.20

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 40 hours per week


Role Accountabilities:


* Providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Proactively contacting customers by phone to maintain good relations
* Managing emails & ensuring they are responded to in a timely fashion and forwarded to the appropriate person or department as necessary
* Responsible for managing customer orders from enquiry through to job completion for our depots nationwide
* Communicating between the sales team and operational depots to schedule work
* Liaising with transport depots to arrange waste collections
* Ensuring all information is provided for services to be carried out efficiently and compliantly
* Using CRM package for customer management information and technical waste management information so full waste reports can be provided for our customers
* Administrative duties include generating quotes & requesting purchase orders


Candidate:


Essential Requirements



* Previous customer service experience (in the environmental sector would be preferred but not essential)
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Have a positive and proactive attitude
* A preference for communicating by phone
* Strong time management & organisational skills.
* Ability to self-motivate and work under own initiative
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel preferrable
