We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join our team and support the ongoing success of our commercial function.
The Role
Based in our Lisburn office, this is an ideal opportunity for a motivated graduate to join a fast-growing tech company. Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development Manager, you’ll help qualify leads, identify key targets, and support outreach campaigns to engage stakeholders at enterprise level.
Responsibilities include
* Lead Generation & Pipeline Growth: Build stakeholder relationships, uncover their challenges and needs; book meetings for Sales Development to drive pipeline growth; communicate with Sales Development to keep them informed of live and incoming opportunities.
* Outreach: Craft and send targeted outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone and Teams; use discovery questions to gather insights for the sales team; hit activity targets and convert outreach into qualified conversations.
* CRM & Opportunity Management: Accurately maintain records in HubSpot; provide regular updates on opportunity status and next steps; rapidly qualify or disqualify leads to keep the pipeline efficient.
* Prospecting: Identify new target accounts in partnership with Marketing; map key stakeholders and begin engagement through tailored messaging.
What you’ll need
* A relevant degree in Business Management or a related discipline, or experience in a similar lead generation or inside sales role.
* Experience of working successfully in a busy and diverse environment.
* A hunter mentality to continuously seek the next step to convert business accounts.
* Clear passion and drive, and the right attitude toward growth.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable
* A degree in a business discipline at 2.1 or higher.
