As the Sales Engineering Manager (SEM), you will lead a technical team supporting strategic accounts within the UKI region. Responsibilities include driving sales growth, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering team development. This role involves both operational and creative aspects, requiring proficiency in idea generation and cross-functional execution. Our goal is to innovate in delivering IP, Telco-Cloud, Optical Transport, Software Derived Networks, and automation solutions to meet the demands of today's business landscape.

* Understanding of enterprise networking and buyer personas.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Ability to prioritize and manage technical work streams effectively.
