We are currently working with a wide network of primary schools across East Lancashire (BB and OL postcode areas) who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Qualified Teachers and Teaching Assistants to provide flexible supply cover. Whether you're looking for day-to-day, short-term, or long-term opportunities, we have roles to suit your availability and experience. These positions are ideal for those wanting to gain experience in a variety of school settings or for individuals seeking part-time work.
Your new role
As a supply teacher or teaching assistant, you’ll be stepping into vibrant classrooms to support learning and maintain continuity during staff absences or PPA cover. Teachers will be expected to deliver engaging pre-planned lessons or, in longer-term roles, plan according to pupil needs. Teaching assistants will support pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2, helping to manage behaviour, support learning, and contribute to a positive classroom environment. Building quick rapport with staff and pupils is key to success in these roles.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Teachers must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
2. Teaching Assistants should have relevant experience or qualifications (, Level 2/3 TA qualification)
3. Strong classroom management andmunication skills
4. A flexible and proactive approach to working across different schools
5. Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
