Just Recruitment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Witham. This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for someone with prior experience in an accounts or finance administration role.Working Pattern: 2 days per week - Tuesday and Thursday (8.30am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break)Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out credit control activities, including professionally chasing overdue paymentsAssist with sales ledger duties, including raising invoices and allocating paymentsManage accounts email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and prioritisationSet up and process bank paymentsMatch purchase orders to delivery notesReconcile fuel receipts with invoicesProcess credit notes and support bulk processing tasksReview drivers' corporate card statementsIdentify and follow up on missing invoicesManage petty cash transactionsIssue customer statementsProvide general administrative support to the Finance teamRequirementsPrevious experience in an accounts assistant or finance administration roleStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsGood communication skills, particularly for credit controlAbility to manage workload independentlyProficiency in MS Office and SageWhat's on OfferOpportunity for increased hours over timeSupportive team environment within a stable manufacturing business
