Abnercare Ltd is recruiting experienced and compassionate Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a young adult with complex learning disabilities, visual impairment and physical support needs in her own supported living home.
This is an active, hands-on role for someone energetic, patient and confident supporting in the community.
Essential Requirements
Driving
* Full Manual UK driving licence
* Confident driving a Motability/adapted vehicle
* Comfortable supporting wheelchair transfers in the community
Swimming
* Confident swimmer
* Willing to support in the pool (hydro/swimming sessions are a key activity)
* Physically able to assist safely in water-based activities
Shift patterns available:
* 0910 to 1410
* 1400 to 1900
* 1850 to 0930 (Night shift)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.25 per hour
