Fourteen People are delighted to be working with the award-winning creative agency to recruit a Senior HR Executive on a 12-month fixed term contract.

The Role
Working closely with the Finance Director, this is a generalist HR role with a strong administrative focus. You’ll be the go-to for all HR queries and oversee the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing recruitment processes and liaising with agencies
* Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding of staff
* Coordinating appraisals and employee surveys
* Overseeing HR systems (PeopleHR) and compliance requirements
* Handling benefits, payroll preparation, contracts, and HR record-keeping
* Supporting agency initiatives such as social impact internships and IPA membership requirements
* Preparing HR updates for agency-wide meetings
