A leading professional services firm within a specialist sector is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This hybrid role offers the chance to drive the marketing function forward, owning and delivering campaigns while shaping the broader strategic direction.
The Role
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the brand and generating meaningful engagement across key audiences. You'll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management – from concept to execution – across digital, content, social media, events, email marketing, and more.
This is a full-mix role for a commercially savvy, creative, and analytical marketer who is comfortable switching between big-picture planning and day-to-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business goals.
* Lead on brand strategy, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
* Produce high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, and email communications.
* Manage social media strategy and scheduling across key platforms.
* Plan and support industry events, both online and in person.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including consultants and leadership) to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.
* Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activity, using insights to continuously improve.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience (4/5 years) in a broad marketing role, ideally within professional services or recruitment.
* Strong content and digital marketing skills.
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Confident using marketing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Canva, WordPress, etc.)
* A self-starter with strong project management and organisational abilities.
