About the Role:
As Lecturer in Dog Grooming, you will deliver engaging, high-quality teaching sessions to students at various levels. You will also provide practical demonstrations, assess learner progress, and ensure that all students are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the animal care and grooming sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver theory and practical sessions in dog grooming.
* Support and guide learners, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning experience.
* Monitor, assess, and record student achievement.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and grooming techniques.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the curriculum.
About You
* Qualified to a suitable level in dog grooming (Level 3 or above desirable).
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
* Recent, relevant industry experience in dog grooming.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A passion for teaching, training, and developing others.
