Headlam are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Stock Planner to take ownership of our inventory operations and help elevate the way we work. Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure adequate supply for customer requirements
* Track inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing goods
* Work with Operations Teams to assist in reconciling inbound discrepancies.
* Assist in placing purchase orders with suppliers & coordinate deliveries
* Generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and potential shortages
* Liaise with suppliers, buying teams, operations teams and other departments to ensure smooth stock flow & availability
About You:
* Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related field
* Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
* Team Player
* Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
During 3 month probation period, this role is required to be in site 5 days per week. Upon successful completion of probation period flexible working (up to 2 days per week from home) can be requested.
