Contracts Manager - Automation Projects
West Midlands (UK Wide coverage)
Our client specializes in bespoke automation and materials handling solutions for major UK companies. Due to ongoing success and strategic expansion, they are seeking a dynamic, experienced Contracts Manager to join their project team.
The successful candidate will maintain communication with site managers, staff, and clients to ensure smooth operations and service delivery. Responsibilities include managing quality assurance protocols, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget, overseeing client-facing deliverables, and expanding the client portfolio by identifying new service opportunities.
Essential knowledge includes CDM Regulations 2015. Core responsibilities encompass:
* Developing project budgets and proposals based on client requirements and legislation.
* Managing projects from a Principal Contractor perspective, including budget control, client meetings, site visits, and safety oversight.
* Maintaining site health and safety coordination, balancing contractor and client needs.
