An leading architectural practice is seeking a CDM Consultant to aid with the Design Risk Management on their portfolio of large-scale new-build projects within London. You will act as Principal Designer as you work closely with in-house Architects. Due to the nature of this job role, you will spend almost none of your time visiting sites which will afford you a comfortable working environment. Not only will this offer you a social office to work from, 2 days a week. But you will also have exposure to impressive and detailed project portfolio, which are based in iconic areas of London. The CDM Consultant role The CDM Consultant will coordinate health and safety documentation, and guide in-house Architects through pre-construction requirements in line with CDM 2015. You'll attend design meetings, carry out site visits when necessary (you will conduct less site audits then typically found within CDM consultancy roles), and support project teams in identifying and managing design risk.
