You'll be coaching, motivating, developing, and guiding individuals to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve KPIs, and grow both professionally and personally. Use your coaching skills to build a high-performing team through daily support, reviews, and performance management. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and employers to ensure steady customer flow and new opportunities. Drive employer engagement and commercial growth in the local market. What You'll Bring Proven success in team leadership within a target-driven, customer-facing environment. A natural coach – able to spot potential, guide development, and build confidence. A performance mindset, able to interpret data, drive improvements, and think strategically. Strong understanding of the employability sector (ideal but not essential) An NVQ Level 5 in Management & Leadership (or equivalent) is ideal.
