We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for specialist schools and SEN provisions across Leatherhead. The role includes: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting with communication, emotional regulation and engagement Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Working closely with teachers and therapy teams Encouraging independence, confidence and progress We are looking for candidates who: Have experience working with children or young people (preferred but not essential) Are calm, resilient and adaptable Have a genuine passion for SEN and inclusive education Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff Are looking for a rewarding and meaningful role Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in SEN, care, youth work, psychology, support work or coaching.
