Available Positions:
Desk Host:
Shifts: 4 ON 2 OFF. 06:30am to 16:30pm & 16:30pm-02:30am
Pay: £12.30 P/H
* Ensure excellent customer service is shown to all passengers
* Promptly answer the phone in a friendly and courteous manner
* Ensure Host Desk is manned at all times and arrange cover when required
* Ensure all Electric Mobility Aids (EMA) are tagged prior to going airside
Immigration Host:
Shifts: 4 ON 2 OFF. 06:30am to 16:30pm & 16:30pm-02:30am
Pay: £12.00 P/H
* Assist all eligible passengers on the electronic passport gates or through to the referrals desk where passengers are refused on E passport gates.
* Identify and guide all passengers that require assistance down the Assistance Lane to get them processed by the relevant UK Border Force Officer.
* Continuously monitor the E passport gates which should not be left unattended at any time.
* Manage the barriers in the uni-feed ensuring they are pulled at the appropriate times to maintain the flow to the queuing system.
Passenger Service Agent - Restricted Mobility:
Shifts: 4 ON 2 OFF / 4 ON 4 OFF. Between 03:00 - 23:00.
Pay: £12.20 P/H
* Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
* Assist passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop-off/pick-up points, airline check-in, airport security, and pre-boarding aircraft.
* Safely assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment.
