Mentus Recruitment is proud to partner with a specialist provider of neurodevelopmental assessments and treatment. Our client is a CQC registered service offering comprehensive care and support for adults with neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry with expertise in diagnosing and managing neurodevelopmental conditions to join our friendly and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
o Conduct virtual Autism Clinical Assessments and ADHD assessments, including follow-up appointments with Adults
o Manage ADHD medication titration as needed.
o Participate in referral meetings and provide duty cover for enquiries.
o Allocated time for PDP and supervision
o Prepare reports within required timeframes.
o Attend, contribute to, and lead multidisciplinary team meetings.
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, clinical reports, and associated documentation.
o Take part in clinical research projects
o Work under supervision of the medical director and assist with service development activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
o Highly skilled clinician with excellent understanding of safeguarding, risk assessment, and management.
o Passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals and sharing our visions and values.
o Medical Degree
o Section 12 Approval Desirable

o Hybrid working arrangement, with some time spent at our head office 1-2 days per month onsite
