About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager you will join our Crowborough team and create a friendly, welcoming, customer‑focused environment that delivers great results and a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the team, ensuring all colleagues create a great customer experience.
* Engage with customers passionately, maximise business by acting quickly and consistently searching for new ideas.
* Encourage local community engagement to deliver top results.
* Motivate, manage and support the team in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment.
Qualifications and Experience
* Retail Management experience and a passion for delivering great customer service.
* Understanding of working within a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
* Ability to motivate, manage and support a team.
* Existing Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Cluster Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager will be highly regarded.
