Due to further growth, an award-winning consultancy has a new opportunity working from their Glasgow office with standard hybrid working arrangements. The client is a leading firm recruiting a Pensions Manager with experience in Defined Benefit (DB) schemes to lead key projects within the team.
The role is available owing to new business wins, and the successful candidate will manage significant projects, requiring previous technical experience in defined benefit pensions and client management within pensions. Professional qualifications such as PMI are highly desirable to ensure compliance and effective project oversight.
You will work with clients managing a mix of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes. A thorough understanding of scheme rules, current legislation, and cradle-to-grave pensions administration is essential. The position requires in-depth knowledge of the DB market and qualifications to take full ownership and contribute significantly to the team’s success.
