An established M&E Building Services contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver projects across East Anglia and Cambridgeshire. Projects range from £2m-£20m across commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare sectors. This is a long‑term opportunity offering stability, progression, and involvement in technically challenging schemes.
The Role
You will manage mechanical packages from pre‑construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee mechanical installations from design to completion
* Lead site teams and subcontractors
* Manage client and consultant relationships
* Coordinate procurement, programme, and reporting
* Ensure full H&S and regulatory compliance
